Readiness Track

Analytic Readiness Cohort

Structured support for government agency teams building the foundational conditions for analytic work — governance frameworks, data sharing agreements, use cases, and technical infrastructure.

2027 Cohort — Application deadline: October 2, 2026

Who has recently participated?

"The dedicated time, structured support, and practical tools provided through the cohort have enabled us to make progress much faster than we anticipated."

Dianna Tullier, M.Ed., B-5 Partnerships Director, Alabama Department of Early Childhood Education

This cohort is right for your agency if:

You are navigating data sharing agreements or legal frameworks across agencies

You are defining or refining use cases for integrated early childhood data

Your technical infrastructure for data integration is still under development

You want structured support and peer connection before beginning analytic development

What to Expect

A high-level overview.

States that complete the Analytic Readiness Cohort will be prepared to begin developing analytics from their integrated early childhood data. Participants leave with the foundational plans, processes, and structures needed to move from data collection to data use — positioned to make their data work for program and policy decisions.

What You'll Get

  • Structured guidance on data governance, legal frameworks, and readiness assessment
  • Expert facilitation from technical and methodological specialists with government agency experience
  • Peer cohort of agencies at a similar stage — structured for cross-agency learning, not just networking
  • Asynchronous self-study modules accessible to all team members throughout the program
  • Individualized coaching sessions to support problems of practice and progress to milestones
